Internal Insights from Customer/user interactions

Given the limited availability of direct user interactions, leveraging internal knowledge is crucial. This survey is intended for gathering valuable insights derived from customer/client/user contact from team members that have had some interactions with our external stakeholders and bein able to create user personas fro design process.
